Once again, Ricoh will focus this year’s Service Operations Assessment (Phase-II) surrounding how RFG Dealers
(Ricoh-Lanier-Savin) have:

1. Adopted and embraced Ricoh services-led initiatives. It is critical that RFG Dealers are leveraging Ricoh
programs and making the necessary investments to support a services-led environment.
2. Demonstrated their ability to provide quality support to Ricoh’s products while maintaining these products
to the highest standards.
3. Maintained compliance with Ricoh’s sole source agreement via the purchase of Ricoh genuine parts and
supplies
